Full Contact Bingo

Nice warm night but the community room stayed cool. Another rousing round of bingo was played. Some great food was donated a banana cake made by? And a few other treats. Heck I even won a bottle of shampoo and a Xmas ornament that I donated to someone that was eying it. Harry did a great job keeping the mayhem to a minimum. Here is the proper bingo etiquette for you newbie’s.

We do have refreshments it is not a feeding station. If you get some food at least play a game or two. Don’t see how much food you can fit on your plate. There are other people and you will get a second chance to fuel up the 8pm halftime.

Try to keep the cross talk to a minimum sometimes it’s difficult to hear if a number of people are chattering. To the people think it’s okay to pass bodily gas and think it’s cute. I’ll let you in on a little secret unless it’s a dog or a little child it isn’t cute or funny. So don’t act like one.

The four corner rule is in effect. The last game is announced it’s blackout so we really don’t care if you get a bingo. Just like in hockey touchdowns don’t count.

If you win a prize or 2 and you win again find someone in the room and have them pick out something they want. Perhaps sometime when you would really like something someone can pay it forward and you will get it.

When your finished police your area and the floor. Mommy doesn’t do that anymore remember. So have fun and good luck bingo-ing.

Bingo night web post was very informative and also very truthful! Nice formulation of fun to be had and common courtesy rules to be followed by all.

Common courtesy is not very common. In elementary school “plays well with others” was always check marked. That came mostly knowing there was a spy in the midst.
