Get Your iMac On

To start off with thanks to Casey. This has been her project for her internship. She has been dogged and  determined to get it complete and a joy to work with.  Even on her days she was not here she was working on the quick start guide, lab rules, and a few other .docs to keep the project moving forward.

Well the TV/computer room is now open for residents. We have 3 Kick *** iMAC’s set up and ready to go. I put a page up with YouTube videos with some of the Mac basics. Thank Big KC for the find. It can be found HERE  We have some great volunteers to help Kevin, aka Shark Bait. My self, your personal web-monkey, Marilyn the online game goddess but do not rile her she will knock your teeth out. Trevin is working on some top secret projects that will enhance the computer room  If you have a computer question and he does not know the answer right away check back in 4-5 minutes and he will probably have the answer. Eager and pleasant Sandy that has come aboard will also be helping residents with getting your iMac on.

Special thanks to Andrew, Tiffany, Larry and Harry for helping with logistics on getting the room prepped for this to happen. We are looking forward to working with Ron as our contact point he already has a good heads up on what’s going on.
